What is your Return Policy?

House of Zoraj offers a one week (7 day) return policy starting from the date of delivery. Please return the item(s) in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including House Of Zoraj hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable item(s) policy below to make sure your item(s) is/are eligible for return.

When is a product classified as a non-returnable items?

The following are not eligible for return/refund/exchange:

  • Altered products
  • Returns shipped to House of Zoraj after 7 days of the original delivery date
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items
  • Missing tags, hand tags, and labels
  • Accessories
  • Items marked sale
  • Discounted items

House of Zoraj reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice.

What is the return process?

Once we receive your return request, please allow up to 10-14 business days* for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or in form of store credit directly into your wallet. *Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

In case of COD, amount of the item(s) to be returned will be added to your House Of Zoraj wallet.

House of Zoraj does not provide reverse pick up on orders purchased in sale or on any discounted products.

Returns are subject to the applicable delivery and reverse pick up fees of upto INR 250, which will be deducted from the refundable amount towards reverse logistics.

In case the customer sends the item(s) to us, then no return fee shall be deducted and the original amount of item(s) will be refunded.

Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:

    • Packages lost in transit
    • If a wrong item has been delivered to you 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

    • Design and colour variations
    • Products returned in an altered, used, washed, worn or damaged condition

Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier slip with AWB number.

  • Step 3: Place the item in a sealed packet.

    For defective items – While raising a request via email, please send us a photograph of the defective item (s) with the order number as subject of the email.
  • Step 4: Upon receiving the return request, our representative will share further instructions.

What is the exchange process?

Once we receive your exchange request (subject to availability of desired style/size), please allow up to 3 - 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange has been initiated/processed. House of Zoraj shall not bear the cost of reverse pick-up.

All/Any item(s) on sale, are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation & Refund

We aim to keep in stock every product displayed on our website. However, if an item is unavailable due to any reason, we will inform you via email within two (2) working days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, you will have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or cancelling the order. In case of cancellations, a refund will be initiated accordingly.

An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers:

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by writing to us on info@houseofzoraj.com and placing a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order and in case of online payment your entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.

Product Disclaimer

Embroidery and Colour

We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any colour bleeding therein.

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

Colour Display

We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the colour of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or colour of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.

Wash care

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damages to it. Most of our products are “Dry Clean Only”.

Transactional Disputes

Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.

We reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at  our sole discretion.
